How it Works

Phase 1:
Managed Setup

Day 2-3 Day 1 Day 3-4 Day 4-5 Welcome Call You’ve chosen RoomRaccoon. Now it’s time to meet your Onboarding Manager.

You'll discuss your Go-Live timeline and handover details, setting the stage for a successful start to your onboarding journey.
Day 2-3 Day 1 Day 3-4 Day 4-5 Kickoff and Setup Foundations We'll kick things off with a presentation that walks you through the managed setup process and explains what we'll need from you to get started, including your logo, room photos, and the documents required to start your payments onboarding. Day 2-3 Day 1 Day 3-4 Day 4-5 Setup Review Your Onboarding Manager will present the progress of your property's setup, covering room categories, rate plans, taxes, and add-ons. Together, you'll test-book via your booking engine, fine-tune, and confirm all settings and restrictions. Day 2-3 Day 1 Day 3-4 Day 4-5 Final Preparations Final checks will include importing existing reservations and a deeper dive into booking channel management — ending off with arranging your first in-depth training session.

Training

Day 6-7 Day 5-6 Day 7-8 Day 15-16 Training 1:
Mastering Reservations
Learn how to effectively manage reservations, handle calendar updates, and communicate with guests. By the end of this session, you will be able to navigate your new calendar like a pro.
Day 6-7 Day 5-6 Day 7-8 Day 15-16 Training 2:
Mastering Invoicing and Payments
Learn all about invoicing, payments, and other important front desk tasks. This session will teach you how to confidently check out guests and create invoices. We'll also answer any questions you have and schedule your Go Live.

Success Meetings
We're not done just yet! We'll check in with you one week after your Go-Live to see if you have any questions. Plus, you'll get to meet your Success Manager, who will help you make the most of RoomRaccoon.
